Former MET project manager and MineskiTV shoutcaster, as well as former Executive Director of Philippine Esports Organization Tryke Gutierrez has partnered up with celebrity endorser and multi-talented Alodia Gosiengfiao to start Tier One Entertainment.

Tier One will aim to be the Philippines' first dedicated gaming talent agency. The agency promises to discover, cultivate, and market its own roster of influencers targeted towards esports and gamers. Much like other premier talent agencies, Tier One will accomplish this through the rigorous training of talented individuals that opt to join their roster and has already mentioned plans of setting up a state-of-the-art in-house studio for these talents to use.

Tier One Entertainment is under the leadership of Chief Executive Office Tryke Gutierrez, Chief Creative Officer Alodia Gosiengfiao, and Managing Director Brian Lim. Already part of Tier One are Ashley Gosiengfiao, KuyaNic, Bianca Yao, and TNC Pro Team.

This will be a landmark venture in the local esports industry given that most shoutcasters and other esports hosts are still technically freelancers, with few prominent channels such as MineskiTV and Garena making use of a mix of freelancing and in-house talent. Things that a dedicated agency can bring to a table are protections and benefits, larger-scale networking, and stronger branding.
