One of Asia's biggest Overwatch tournaments, the Overwatch Pacific Championship, has opened registration for its second season just as its first season is set to culminate in July.

Teams that would like to participate must first extensively read the rules which includes the details for registration.

From the registered teams, Blizzard will choose six teams based on their applications. These six teams, along with the bottom two teams of the current season, will compete in an online group stage from June 20-21.

The top four teams from the group stage then advance to the qualifier playoffs which will be held over LAN in the Blizzard Estadium in Taipei from July 5-6. A live stream of the event will be available through Blizzard's Live Channel. The Asia-Pacific region has two slots for the main season.

Note that if ever a team should qualify for the main season, the team must be able to travel to Taiwan on July 5-6 for the Asia-Pacific qualifier playoffs and live in Taiwan from August 8 to October 15 for the season proper.
