Vainglory developer, Super Evil Megacorp has announced their collaboration with the Coca-Cola Company to host viewing parties for the upcoming Vainglory 2017 World Championship. Matches from the world championships will be streamed in 10 cinema locations in Japan and the United States. This is Coca-Cola's first venture into hosting esports viewing parties in Asia and in select locations in North America.
“We are excited to partner with Super Evil Megacorp to join the Vainglory community in celebrating the World Championship,” Alban Dechelotte, representative of The Coca-Cola Company, said. “We're thrilled to be able to bring fans together to watch, cheer, and share their passion for Vainglory esports with each other and an ice-cold Coca-Cola.”
Super Evil Megacorp will also be hosting viewing parties in 10 non-cinema locations in Belarus, Brazil, Chile, South Korea, Russia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
“Vainglory is an inherently social game that brings friends together to play anytime, anywhere on their mobile device. The Coca-Cola viewing parties will be a celebration of the Vainglory community coming together to watch this global event, Evan Denbaum, General Manager of Esports and Editorial, said. “For fans who are not able to travel to Singapore to witness the event live, this is a perfect opportunity to experience the unveiling of Vainglory 5V5, which will be the biggest moment in Vainglory history since initial launch.”
Vainglory fans in Singapore can still register for their tickets online in order to watch the world championship live at the Kallang Theater.
The Vainglory 2017 World Championship will take place on December 14-17, 2017 at the Kallang Theater in Singapore!
