Quezon City's Benedict 'Danezkie' Luis and Cagayan de Oro's Nicolo 'Phaze' Palacios will make their appearance in the upcoming Pinoy Gaming Festival to participate in the World Cyber Games 2011 Philippine Finals to try out their wit and strength to become national champions of StarCraft II. How does it feel to be qualified for WCG Philippines 2011 grand finals?
- I feel ecstatic and blessed to be a part of this prestigous event. I am thankful as well to those who believed and supported me, and my passion for the game.
What can we expect from you in the WCG Grand Finals?
- To play my absolute best.
WCG Grand Finals will be held at PGF which is said to be the biggest and grandest Gaming event in the Philippines this year. How are you preparing for this event?
- I am preparing by practicing as hard as I can though I feel it's insufficient because I can't play as much as I want to. I'll still do my best.
Who do you think will be the toughest opponent you will be facing in the tournament?
- It's none other than JaBiTo and Enderr. Their multiple achievements right now are unmatched by anybody else.
Any last words/ shoutouts to the Philippine StarCraft community?
- Shoutout to team Xtreme Filipino Gamers (xFg)! It's where it all started. For helping me practice I'd like to thank my teammates from Mineski. My best friend Dimple Velicaria. ^_^

How does it feel to be qualified for WCG Philippines 2011 grand finals?
- It feels good after winning the WCG qualifiers in Cagayan de Oro. I had tough opponents like team CUBE and HDMD. I also fought with my fellow clan mates of Carnage. It made me sad after a team kill but overall I am freaking happy right now representing Mindanao and I am proud to bring the name Carnage of Cagayan de Oro. Let’s rak BISAYA!
What can we expect from you in the WCG Grand Finals?
- I am the only high school student in WCG! Well there’s nothing much to say. Just go watch me play for some inspired gaming and a player with a BIG heart. Enough said.

- Lately I have been practicing with my clan Carnage and top players so that I could prepare myself for the WCG Grand Finals. Training camp was also initiated for me so that I could show the skills of the Bisaya at PGF.
Who do you think will be the toughest opponent you will be facing in the tournament?
- Of course my idols, Jabito and Enderr, these guys are the pride of Philippines and I get to play with them, win or lose, an experience with Jabito and Enderr is enough for me.
