With the biggest PH DotA event of the year, the Pinoy Gaming Festival - GIGABYTE Mineski Pro-Gaming League DotA Championship, just right around the corner, teams are going into overdrive, trying to make sure that all wheels are turning properly in order to have the best fighting chance they can get.

Aside from nonstop scrims and theory crafting, it would seem that some of the teams believe that roster changes are required for them to reach even higher levels of play.

Probably the biggest roster change in the final month leading to PGF is iZONE125.GIGABYTE's decision to take in Olympians' (and also, a few months ago, a member of Mineski Infinity PowerColor) hitter, Fernando 'Nando' Mendoza, replacing rather longtime veteran in Earlwin 'Ewe' Libre.

Ewe, who has played in several top-tier teams such as Tantrumz, Prime, Execration, and even Pcfc.Revitalize, will find his new home under the Mineski Organization, as he'll be replacing John 'JoJeRo' Roxas, completing the Mineski 5.

Whether these roster changes were brought about by matters regarding individual skill or team chemistry does not matter. What matters is whether they will pay off as both teams attempt to secure seeds into the PGF main event through the wildcards.

Who will get the better end of the changes? Stay tuned at Mineski.Net to find out!
