In its third week, the Sharn Kemp Premiere League (SEACL) is heating up even more as five team matches were played to see which is the best in the SEA region.


First off was Team aLternative against EvE. Not being able to play his ace match in the previous week, YoonYJ kicked things off for aLt with a 2-1 victory over Strafe. It was back and forth between the two teams, getting tied 2-2. The ace match featured PiG against Maltiso in a ZvZ. PiG was able to win it with a 2-0, making it 4-2 for Team aLternative, making it their first win in the SEACL.

Next up was Team inFinity against Made in Thailand. As if mirroring his last week's ace match opponent, YoonYJ, iceiceice played the first set against Maya and won it 2-1 as well. Jump then tied it up with a 2-0 against Jokes, then TargA's match against HaDeZ got postponed. Roz then got a 2-0 against Fah to give Team inFinity a 2-1 edge over MiTH. However, as if channeling the legendary Thai fighting spirit, RedArchon took down Revenant 2-0 in their ace match to bring Team MiTH a clutch 3-2 victory over Team inFinity.

Then it was Xeria Gaming Kingston's turn again to assert their dominance with a full 6-0 over Terror Australis. Only Iaguz and Jazbas dropped games to TA, but all of Xeria won their sets, including Mafia in his ace match against EdgE with a solid 2-0. Xeria still remains on top of the SEACL standings.

While off to a slow start in the league, the star-studded Team Herocraft dominated Team Supreme with a 5-0, with the match between Rs and shuffle being postponed. Nonetheless, Herocraft gives SPR no chances as mOOnGLaDe puts the exclamation point to an excellent team performance in the ace match against Balloon with a 2-0.

Finally, it was the undefeated Team Mineski against Trick or Treat. ToT was off to a quick start with jerry taking out Pobbes 2-0, but Australian Azz gets one back for Mineski with a 2-1 over hotlips. Then, it was yet another PvP for WaningMoon as he fell to Doctor with a 2-1. Then team captain Jabito ties it up with a 2-0 over pork.

The deciding ace match featured Terran player ForJJ against the Zerg powerhouse that is EnDerr. Having defeated mOOnGLaDe in the previous week, EnDerr continues the momentum with a convincing 2-0, and Mineski takes the series 4-2.

Week 4 Preview

Next week will be the toughest test for Mineski.SC2 yet as they will be up against the seemingly unstoppable Xeria Gaming Kingston. Both teams have 3-0 records so far, so it's time to determine who will remain undefeated at the end of SEACL week 4.
